The apartment was completely renovated in November 2022. It was equipped with noble materials:  

Kitchen: the kitchen island is made of high quality reclaimed wood, as well as a "reclaimed wood bar section". The kitchen was equipped with state-of-the-art appliances that offer numerous functions. Among other things, you can control them with your smartphone.  

Bedrooms: The bedrooms were clad in reclaimed wood and a high-quality parquet flooring was laid in the bedrooms, as well as throughout the apartment.

 Bathrooms: The apartment has two bathrooms. Both are equipped with natural stone lavabos.  

From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent and imposing view of the Grisons mountains. Furthermore, the apartment has its own washer-dryer in the apartment, as well as its own garage.
